Track and Field Meets - 2007

The following information comes to us from Tom Jennings, one of our regular Fun Run participants, track coach, and a worthy running competitor in local races.  According to Tom...

"Some of  our members may be interested in these meets sponsored by the Philadelphia. Masters Track & Field Association.  I've done them in past years -- they're low key, a wide range of abilities, and a lot of fun."

Meets are open to all ages.  Participants will be assigned to heats and groups based upon similar abilities.  This provides for better competition than strictly competing based on age and sex alone.
