COMMENTS:  Paced a friend towards her PR at the RnR. Unfortunately, the weather took it's toll on her so we adjusted the goal to finishing without taking a ride with the medics. Finished strong and enjoyed the race. Missed the pre-race picture because of transportation issues into the city.

COMMENTS: That was the first time I ran the race. Crowded start on the boardwalk, and the rest is all on the beach. The weather was perfect with a nice cooling ocean breeze throughout. I recommend it!

COMMENTS:   Beautiful day and a beautiful run with stadium finish.  Even a little warm towards the end.  Nice start on the downhill, but you pay for it at the end with a little uphill before you get into that nice stadium finish.  Chip timing worked great.

COMMENTS:   WOW, quite an event. I trained more for this marathon than any of the other 5 I have run. I was pretty certain that I'd be able to run a 3:45 or maybe even a 3:40 (I finished the PDR 2 months earlier in 1:37). Apparently, I'm a 4 hour marathoner. It was a very amazing run. The crowd support was incredible.
